Only 6 weeks until our Spring Production, "A Walk with Walt" takes place at the glorious Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center in Clarksburg!
As we prepare to wrap up another fantastic season, we realize this can be a stressful time of year. Between meetings, important dates, costumes, payments, and other information, it can be a bit overwhelming. Rest assured, there are a lot of people working behind the scenes to pull everything together.
Most importantly, if there's anything you're not sure about, please don't hesitate to call, send an e-mail to the board, or contact any of the board members individually! We are here to help!

"A Walk with Walt"
We are beyond excited for this year's production! From the theme, to the glamorous costumes, and from the choreography to all of the hard work every participant, teacher, parent, and volunteer is putting forth, we believe this will be one of our best shows yet!
All costumes are on their way, and the final costume fees are being added to your accounts. Please be sure to continue checking your account if your student has not yet been charged for their costume. As the final costumes come in, we are working hard to get them fitted and altered so that you can pick them up once they are paid for.
Don't forget about the annual production fee of $50 per family. This fee is used to pay for venue rental, props, sound, lighting, and other costs associated with the production. The final payment is due by May 15th. Remember, these fees must be paid before your student can participate in the showcase!
As always, we will be asking each parent to work an area of the production one of the two nights. On May 6th @ 6:00 PM, we will be holding a production meeting at the studio, and sign up sheets will be available. With this year's production being held at the fabulous Robinson Grand Performing Arts Center, we will need more help than ever to support all of the areas. There will be jobs available for both front-of-house, such as ticketing and usher, and back stage, such as props and dressing areas.
Tickets will be going on sale on May 1st! They will be $12 each if purchased in advance either at the studio or online. A link will be provided to purchase your tickets online. Online tickets must be purchased by May 22nd. Tickets will be available at the door for $15 each. Reminder, they are seat specific! So, if you want a particular seat (including handicapped seating), make sure to purchase yours early!
Let's make this the best production yet!
API Season 9 Yearbook
For the first time ever, API will be offering a yearbook program at our Spring Production! This is the perfect opportunity for families to celebrate their dancers and wish them "Good Luck!" Also, it's a great opportunity for local businesses to advertise. This will make a great keepsake too!
Orders are due May 1st, so make sure you have your professional photo and design idea turned in by then!
As a reminder, tuition is calculated based on an annual amount. For your convenience, we allow you to make 10 monthly installments (September 2018 - June 2019). Payments are due the 5th of each month. If not paid by the 15th, there will be a $5.00 late fee added to your account. *IMPORTANT* Even though the production is early this year, you are still required to pay the 10th (final) installment! If you have any questions or concerns over tuition or your statement, please don't hesitate to contact us!
